The Ring of Blood is an object that uses the thirst for blood to enhance the creature’s strength who wears it. The Ring doubles every attack based on Strenght. If the attack is made with bare hands or, in general, is not carried by a tool or a weapon, the output is tripled. It also reduces the dexterity of one point (DEX -1) and reduces at half the HP of its wearer.
