Legendary Creatures part I – (COTCG)
Some creatures are too strong to be generalized, and have become a whole league of their own. This chapter is dedicated to those creatures, as well as their lair’s and the influence they have.
The slender figure, wielding normal clothes and an abnormal glaive. His initial placement of the Crystal has transformed the barren wasteland into the vibrant source of life and magic it is today. He has taken it upon himself to protect the crystal at all costs, and slays any who dare attempt to take it.
Being of Mystic
Vix’ origin is hard to figure out. Many have seen Vix, but almost none know it is him. His many-faced appearance has allowed him to walk through the goblin villages without detection. His true form, a white, emotionless face with dark eyes; but only those who cross him have ever seen it.
Vix’s will of protection makes greenlife his lair grow thick, and figments of Vix’ many faces watch over the area.
- The area within 1 mile of the lair is considered difficult terrain.
- Within 6 miles of his lair, Creatures sometimes see a stranger stare at them and disappear.
- Creatures with ill intentions towards the crystal feel like something is watching them at all times.

Blessing of Hyxia. Vix has a bonus to AC equal to his charisma modifier and he uses his Charisma modifier to make attacks with his glaive.
Change Appearance. Vix can use its action to polymorph into a Medium humanoid it has seen, or back into its true form. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Devil’s Sight. Vix can normally see in both magical and non-magical darkness.
Magic Resistance. Vix has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Limited Magic Immunity. Unless he wishes to be affected, Vix is immune to spells of 3rd level or lower. he has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Spellcasting. Vix is an 13th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells:
Cantrips (at will) dancing lights, eldritch blast, friends, mage hand, minor illusion, prestidigitation, vicious mockery
1st-5th level (3 5th-level slots): armor of agathys, charm person, dimension door, dominate beast, faerie fire, fear, hold monster, misty step, phantasmal force, seeming, sleep
1/day each: circle of death, plane shift
Multiattack. Vix makes two attacks with his glaive or shoots three eldritch blasts.
Glaive +2. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit 14 (1d10 + 8) slashing damage and 7 (2d6) psychic damage.
Eldritch Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 120ft., one target. Hit 11 (1d10 + 6)
Visions of Terror. Vix reveals his true form for a brief moment, causing each creature within 30 feet of him to have horrid hallucinations of war and death. Each creature must make a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw or take 36 (8d8) psychic damage and become incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
Vix can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Vix regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Move. Vix moves up to his movement speed.
Strike. Vix makes one glaive attack.
Dance of the Blade (2 actions). Vix spins and teleports to a place within 30 feet of him that he can see. On arrival, he slashes with is glaive in a 10 foot circle around him. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d8+6) slashing damage and fall prone.
