The ruined lighthouse has decayed over time, forgotten by many. Its base crumbled, leaving only the main floor somewhat open. This spot, however forgotten, was the perfect spot for Javi for his nefarious plans. Javi is a green dragonborn wizard, that, with the help of a Devilish drake servant of the dragonqueen, is transforming guard drake eggs into something stronger. He believes this new breed is a perfect ride for the chromatic dragon enthusiast.
