While attuned to this ring, you can cast Shape Water. Your spell casting modifier is whichever is highest of: Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma.

This ring has three charges, and recovers 1d4-1 charges at dawn.

As an action, you can expend a charge to summon heavy rainfall in a 20 foot radius, 40 ft high cylinder on a point you can see within 120 feet of you. The area is heavily obscured, and creatures starting their turn in the area take 1d6 cold damage. The rainfall continues for 1 minute or until you use a bonus action to dispel it.

The rainfall conjures 1700 liters of water.
